Evaluating Teacher Technology Skills
November 5, 2007
How many schools are still looking for a way to assess teachers’ technology competency? I received some great links this week from a listserv that I subscribe to regarding the evaluation of teacher technology skills. Small steps can start you in the right direction! A simple Google search for “teacher technology survey” will bring you quite a few goodies, but here are several links providing samples of surveys and checklists that might provide you some stepping stones. Your district will ultimately have to develop a survey that works for you, but here are some great places to start!
PS. Don’t forget… how easy CPS can make implementation of a survey at a teacher inservice presentation!
